  • Bulk quotation details including T-shirt type, size and quantity combinations, print area, design type, uploaded reference files, contact number, and email.
  • Technical and usage data such as page URL, device/browser details, suggestion submissions, product views, add-to-cart activity, wishlist activity, and basic performance logs.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create accounts, process orders, save projects, manage custom design reviews, and dispatch printed products.
  • To contact you about orders, quotations, creator submissions, payment status, delivery updates, support requests, and important account activity.
  • To improve product recommendations, website speed, mobile experience, inventory planning, fraud prevention, and customer support.
  • To show order history, saved addresses, saved projects, creator dashboard metrics, notifications, and admin workflow records.

Payments, Logistics, and Service Providers

  • Payment details may be processed by payment partners such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, banks, or card networks. Thread Republic does not store full card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking authentication details.
  • We may share required order, delivery, payment, support, printing, or analytics data with service providers only to complete the requested service.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, lawful request, fraud prevention, payment dispute handling, or protection of our legal rights.

Artwork, Creator, and User Content

  • Uploaded artwork, design files, and final mockup snapshots may be stored for order processing, quality checks, admin review, dispatch review, and future support.
  • Creator design submissions may be visible to authorized admin users for approval, rejection, pricing, availability, commission tracking, and payout review.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate copyright, trademark, personality rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.

Retention, Security, and Your Choices

  • We retain account, order, project, quotation, creator, and support information for as long as required to provide services, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain business records.
  • We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
  • You may contact us to request correction, update, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required for orders, tax, audit, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
